Kenneth Toppin is an educational Advocate For Black Parents & Youth. He partners with parents to ensure that their children will receive equal opportunities to succeed within the educational system. Helping them to better understand their parental rights and responsibilities, Kenneth's mission is to ensure that their young people elevate to their maximum potentials.
His goal is to increase awareness and help develop solutions to increase graduation rates, decrease dropout rates and to increase post secondary education rates amongst black youth.
Kenneth mentors young people, parents and professionals in the areas of both personal development and career options to ensure that they have access to "accurate" information; so they can make informed choices for themselves and lift their personal blind spots that are prohibiting them from success.
During the day Kenneth Toppin is a Real Estate Agent with Re/max Hallmark First Group and is currently ranked in the top 1% of all Toronto based agents.

Through this presentation for parents of Ontario youth, attendees will gain more insight of how deeply-rooted systemic racism is within the Ontario education system. We will cover the ins and outs of how the current school board works against the success of Black children. You will gain important insights about the roles that you as a parent can and should play (that most don't know about), our rights as parents (including when we can tell the school board "no"), and when and how to communicate with the school to ensure your child excels. With these tools, you will learn how to successfully navigate the system so it doesn't fail your child. Ultimately, you will have a greater understanding of how to better prepare your child for a stable career rooted in the foundation of faith.
As attendees you will gain an understanding of:
• Your parental rights in supporting your young person within the education system
• The wording and design of the current Ontario Education Act and how they significantly reduce the probability of success for Black children
• The steps you can take today to better prepare your child for a stable career rooted in the foundation of spirituality
• The benefits of personality testing to better understand your child's strengths and aptitudes when career planning
How we live and the choices that we make dictate what happens to us and for us. We often believe that it's our environment that shapes who we are and our experiences, but in truth, we are often the ones responsible for holding ourselves back from the business and career success that we seek. A conscious shift in how we act and how we show up in life is the foundation for personal achievement. What realm are we living in? What path are we walking on? Through a process of self-reflection and taking ownership of the realm in which we live, this presentation will help attendees break the code to finally have the success that they desire.
As attendees you will gain an understanding of:
• The necessary act of self-reflection that leads to true achievement
• What's really happening when you're feeling worried or living in fear - and how you can change your perspective to get the results you want in life
• Excuses vs Accountability and how to get yourself into the right mindset to succeed so you can walk on a godly path
• The importance of finding your life's purpose through dwelling in the godly realm
